Tiffany is the face of our place and Chief Treat Dispenser and Full-Time Listener to cat complaints. She is the first one to  welcome and greet you at the gate. She will escort you and your furr-baby/babies to their nominated Villa for kitty to settle in. She is fluent in meow, purr and the universal language of snacks.

If not taking bookings or answering telephones and send e-mails, she spends most of her time with the kitties. She will also give each cat family a turn to spend time and stretch their feline bodies in the courtyard. No cat families will intermingle with each other.

Yamikani cleans beds, fill bowls and give lots of fresh water. He feeds every kitty their own menu as instructed by their owners. He makes sure that the kitty's litter boxes are regularly cleaned and disinfected. What goes in the bowl and what comes out, he is on that too - yes, investigating litter boxes can tell you a lot about feline health. He is quick to report if a guest is under the weather.

If we spot a feline not feeling well, we first contact the feline's personal veterinarian. In case of an emergency we contact the vets who are just one house away from us.



Mr.T, our Head of Security with meowfia contacts, delivers purr-fessional service with nine lives of experience. With cameras installed in each section, activities are closely monitored.

Zanja keeps tabs of Mr.T's activities and checks that no illegal catnip is smuggled in and keeps bribes to a minimum.

We are all well aware that each feline has its own personality, like humans, and treat them accordingly.

From the extrovert, introvert and hoity-toity, la-di-da-di's, to the shy and skittish. We, as servants, do our utmost best to gain trust from every guest. The kitties are brushed to keep hair from matting. If the feline does not want any physical contact, we will respect his/her wish.
